 All parts manufactured by us come with our parts guarantee. If any part fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship we will replace it. If you are experiencing frequent burnout of your heater elements or PTFE it is most likely caused by a misconfiguration of your machine, which we can help you correct, saving you time and money.

We will strive to meet or beat any competitor's printed price quote on any parts we manufacture. Occasionally this is not possible since our competitors sometimes use inferior components that will burn out faster, but we will give you the best price we can.
